When cutting steel, the cutting speed is about 400m/min, which is 5-10 times higher than that of traditional milling. Due to the small temperature rise of the workpiece during high-speed milling (about 3°C), there is no metamorphic layer and microstructure on the surface. Cracks and thermal deformation are also small. It can process high-hard materials. It can mill 50-54HRC steel, and the highest milling hardness can reach 60HRC. The milling accuracy is generally 10μm.
After the raw materials are rough-processed, all steps are completed by CNC machine tools to improve the machining accuracy of mold parts, so as to ensure the matching accuracy between the module and the mold, and the module and the mold base during assembly, and further improve the mold quality.
