Plate heat exchanger cleaning method

1. Drain the liquid in the inlet and outlet pipes on both sides of the heat exchanger.

2. Flush with warm water from both sides of the heat exchanger until the water flowing out becomes clear and does not contain process fluid.

3. Drain the flushed water out of the heat exchanger and connect it to the local cleaning pump.

4. Make the in-situ cleaning solution flow from the bottom to the top of the plate to ensure that all the surfaces of the plate are wetted with the cleaning solution. When cleaning the multi-process heat exchanger, the cleaning fluid should be allowed to flow in the reverse direction for at least twelve hours of cleaning time to ensure that the surfaces of all the plates in the multi-process are wet for thorough cleaning.

5. After cleaning with spot cleaning solution, rinse thoroughly with water.

6. After the water rinse is completed, add heat exchanger cleaning agent to the cleaning tank cyclically, control the concentration of the main cleaning agent to be three to six, and the temperature to be in the range of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, and perform cyclic cleaning and decontamination in the system. The time is about two to three hours. When the pH value stabilizes within half an hour and no gas is released from the cleaning system, the pickling process ends;

7. After the water is qualified, add passivation pre-filming agent for passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of copper pipes. After the solution concentration of the whole system is evenly mixed, stop the circulation and soak for two to three hours. The passivation solution is discharged from the system, and then neutralized with "neutralizing agent" and discharged, and the cleaning process is over.
