External leakage treatment method
1. In the no-pressure state, re-clamp the equipment according to the clamping size provided by the manufacturer. The size should be uniform, and the deviation of the clamping size should not be greater than ±0.2N (mm) (N. is the total number of plates), two pressures The parallelism between the tight plates should be kept within 2mm.
2. Make a mark on the leakage part, and then check and solve the disintegration of the welded plate-and-frame heat exchanger one by one, and reassemble or replace the gaskets and plates.
3. Disassemble the heat exchanger, repair or replace the plates on the deformed parts of the plates. When there are no spare parts for the plate, the plate in the deformed part can be temporarily removed and reassembled for use.
4. When reassembling the disassembled plates, the plate surface should be cleaned, and the plate-and-frame heat exchanger should be welded to prevent dirt from adhering to the gasket sealing surface.
