When the thickness of the plate structure is 1mm, the heat transfer coefficient is reduced by about 10%. Therefore, attention must be paid to monitoring the water quality of the hot and cold ends of the heat exchanger to prevent the structure of the plate and prevent debris in the water from adhering to the plate. Some heating units add chemicals to the heating medium in order to prevent water theft and corrosion of steel parts. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the water quality and viscous chemicals that cause debris to contaminate the heat exchanger plates.
