Components of marine plate heat exchanger:
The marine plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of heat transfer gaskets, sealing gaskets, pressure plates at both ends, clamping bolts, brackets, etc.
The functions of each part of marine plate heat exchanger are as follows:
1. Heat transfer gasket
The heat transfer gasket is the main heat exchange element of the marine plate heat exchanger. Usually, the corrugation is made into a herringbone shape. According to the difference of the fluid medium, the material of the heat transfer gasket is also different. Most of them are made of stainless steel and titanium.
2. Gasket
The sealing gasket of marine plate heat exchanger is mainly used to seal between the heat exchange gaskets. The materials are: nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, fluorine rubber, etc., different rubbers are selected according to different media.
3. Plates at both ends
The pressure plates at both ends are mainly to clamp and press all the heat transfer gaskets to ensure that the fluid medium does not leak.
4. Clamping bolts
The clamping bolt is mainly used to fasten the pressure plates at both ends. Clamping bolts are usually double-threaded, and when the bolts are preloaded, the torque of the fixing gasket is uniform.
5. Hanging rack
The first thing is to support the marine plate heat exchanger gasket to make it easy to disassemble, clean and assemble.
